The project

A project for all purposes

The redevelopment includes the restoration of the exterior façade to its original condition, preserving its character and beauty, in accordance with the historical and artistic importance attributed to the city’s most exclusive buildings. The residential units will all be built according to the latest energy efficiency techniques. There will also be the possibility of separately purchasing a portion of the mezzanine terrace, a cellar and/or a parking space/motorbike inside the building’s garage.

In the building there will be several dwellings on the 4 floors: one-room apartments, two-room apartments, three-room apartments, and a two-room attic apartment on the top floor. Each housing unit has access to the garage and cellar floor via a convenient lift.
